And it is a reminder of the habits that were beneficial, i just fell off and was comfortable being complacent. Thatโs over with i have to be the change I want to see!! I started this morning with a delicious breakfast of ๐ณ, sautรฉed cabbage, cocunut jasmine rice (which is YUMMMY) and a old time favorite ๐. Exactly what i needed to give me morning energy.
