This is it, this is the set in stone version. Now, on to matter at hand, the start of the week with the #weighin. Now, last week there wasnโt a lot (one gym trip ๐) but calorie tracks went better. And it showed this week, down to 332.6lbs ๐๐๐. Iโm starting the week on an awesome feeling. And since the book is doneโฆ again lol. I can devote more time to my training.
