New month, new goals, new gains ๐ this month Iโm spicing things up and rather than a numeric goal, I am actually going to try testing the limits of my capacity for stuffing! During the pandemic I dabbled into some capacity training with rice and soups and stuff like that so Iโm excited to see what I can do now with an even bigger belly! Stay tuned ๐๐
