You know what I can't understand? People who attribute a good figure and athletic performance only to genetics, and not to their own hard work and perseverance. π€¨πββοΈ
Every centimeter of our body is the result of our efforts, sweat and determination! I believe that every workout, every push-up, every squat is a small step towards our goals, towards our best self. π―πͺ
