My very wise friend once told me to repeat these words anytime I was feeling some way: ๐ธ I am beautiful. I am blissful. I am bountiful. What we tell ourselves daily gets wired in (facts: itโs called neuroplasticity ๐) so just reminding you to be kind to yourself babe! You are amazing ~ ๐๐๐
