Iβm currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where Iβm studying with some of the worldβs experts in health, wellness, and nutrition, while also learning the art of transformational coaching. Itβs been such a beautiful journey thus far, and the knowledge and improvements Iβve experienced in my own well-being has been profound to say the least. I seriously canβt wait to start working with people to achieve their own wellness goals. I actually just signed my very first client, and Iβm beyond stokedβ¦π Anyway, just wanted to share a little bit more about where my life is at right now while I sip on my OML (oat milk latte lol I guess Iβm making that a thing now) and study my day away!
