I had my biceps tendon reattachment surgery yesterday, Thursday, July 3, and everything went smooth.
Iβll be seeing my orthopedic surgeon in 2 weeks for a follow-up. π
If all goes well, Iβll be back to lifting upper body/arms with light weights in about 3.5 months.
