Evangelion is indeed mental, canโt describe it any other way. And in regards to Digimon, itโs not even *that* long to be honest. If you consider only the first series (Digimon Adventure) and not all of the spinoffs, itโs 54 episodes. A bit longer than Code Geass. Would still take quite some time, but itโs fairly reasonable.
