Plus the scene with the radio hosts was bigger than you think. During that time those were some of the biggest radio stations around, some of them still are

You can tell Tyler was trying out His Creative Liberty & shih w/ film. . but the stories/storyline is Really good.. especially being that the play is Very Different from The Movie.. his adaptation of his own shihh is pretty cool. You should also watch the llay if you havent.. i think its on BET plus..
