Feeling so so so much better. I don’t know what I had but all signs point to the new variant (I feel like I got a false negative). I pray this is an only fans issue and not a phone issue. When I load videos, the correct video color and quality (straight from the camera so no filters or smoothing apps) shows up but once video is posted it looks light in cloudy like. I’ll keep trying but dang, grrrr

I know working out is probably the number one resolution and I know the statistics on continuing after month one are low but I'm happy, ready to feel healthier and really want to be able to hike without feeling so so winded out. I miss the progression and seeing the results are am praying so dang hard I keep this up.
