I know I’m chubby right now but I haven’t been training and ..
I know I’m chubby right now but I haven’t been training and all the post op bloating and whatever idc right now I go home in two days and I can start recovering slowly I’m taking a few weeks off from shooting till I can recover so you guys engaging and opening a few DMs and posts really helps me take the time I need off while I get back into shoot shape :)

DAY FOUR today is ok. I started this morning off with the worst stomach pains and I was so bloated. Probably my fault for not having enough water and thinking I’ll just bounce back. I haven’t been taking my probiotic like I was told. I feel I’m in so many pills so I decided only to take some Advil today and my antibiotic. These are DAY 3 I did contact my surgeon about the swelling of one of my nipples and they said everything looks fine. My breasts look bruised and I do know they will be changing so much over the next few days and weeks. I still am taking my pain meds and Valium to sleep but they are now making me bloated and slowing down my system and making me feel awful so tomorrow I’m going to try and stop the Pain meds or limit it only to bedtime.
